The Network & Telecommunications unit supports and maintains a state-of-the-art network infrastructure capable of supporting integrated voice, video, and data applications and provides network resources to our user community.
The Quality Assurance office strives to provide the highest level of quality-based technology services to HSC faculty, staff, students, researchers, vendors, and patients by supplying solutions to their technology needs.
Room reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time of the reservation.
Rooms cannot be reserved for the same day that the request is made. No exceptions.
Study room reservations may be made for a maximum of four hours per person per day.
Reservations will be held for only 15 minutes after which the room becomes available on a first-come first-serve basis. If you leave the room for any 15-minute period during your reserved time, the reservation is void and the room becomes available for use on a first-come first-serve basis. No exceptions.
If the room is not reserved, use is on a first-come first-serve basis. The room reservation schedule will be posted by each room first thing each morning.
Do not leave any personal valuables in the room. In addition, you are liable for any library books, reserve CDs/DVDs, or other library materials that you use within the room.
