Five undergraduate students have been selected to participate in the Summer Research Fellowship Program this year at the WVU Cancer Institute.  They include Daniel Berrebi, River Hames and Joseph McGuire  of WVU, Emmanuel Chan of UC Berkeley and Stephen Chen of Princeton University. The students receive a $4,000 stipend and are paired with a WVU cancer scientist for a 10-week research project. Berrebi’s mentor is Linda Vona-Davis.  Chan’s mentor is Patrick Ma.  Chen’s mentor is Erik Bey.  Hames’ mentor is Scott Weed.  McGuire’s mentor is Alexey Ivanov.
