Three patients were honored at the Jon Michael Moore Trauma Center's Fifth Annual Night of Recognition Oct. 9. The individual patients and representatives from each stage of their care were presented with a Cornerstone of Recovery Award.
This video tells the story of 78-year-old Clark Currie, who suffered devastating chest and abdominal injuries in a car accident before sunrise one February morning. He survived thanks to his amazing strength and the work of more than 50 trauma team members.
