This session will allow graduate students to explore the concepts of managing conflict and frustration in the realm of their mentor-mentee relationship.
Objectives of the session include:
- Identify barriers to effective communication
- Learn about managing conflict in the research setting
- Practice effective ways of communicating with mentors and research team members in times of frustration and overwhelm
